We were pleased to find brand-new rooms at this brand-new hotel. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and included milk, breads, and cereals. The setting was quite magnificent within easy reach of Hoan Kiem Lake

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to attractions and delicious food options. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, smart TVs, and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information and organizing tours and transportation. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruits and yummy foods. a great value for money and a convenient choice for a stay in the city.

The hotel can be noisy at times due to the sound carrying through the hallways and floors.

During my New Year's stay, I found that the hotel was well-located with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, providing me with a map and recommendations for places to eat. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was spacious.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was that the breakfast options were a bit limited. However, this was not a major issue as there were many breakfast spots nearby.

The room was clean, well-equipped with modern facilities, and the WiFi was a plus. I cannot wait to bring my friends along on my next visit to experience the exceptional hospitality at Hanoi Exclusive Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vietnam, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide range of dishes. the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the famous attractions and landmarks. To top it off, the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I must mention that there were a few drawbacks. The room we booked was labeled as a “family suite,” but it turned out to be two separate rooms down the corridor from each other, which was a bit misleading.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I knew I was in for a remarkable experience. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued. Their friendly demeanor and genuine care are just a few of the aspects that make this hotel stand out.
